Hi Arianna, In Outlook Express, go to the file menyu, and then identities. >From that sub-menu, choose manage identities. When the dialogue opens, everything can be accessed with the tab key, once you have selected the identity from the list with the arrow keys. Choose the identity you wish to remove, and then tab to the remove button, spacebar that, and okay yourself out of the dialogue.
