Hi, Here's how to remove an identity: 1. Make sure you're in the main Outlook Express window. 2. Press alt f. The file menu opens. 3. Press d to open the identities submenu, and press m. The manage identities dialogue box appears. 4. Select the identity that you wish to remove, tab to the remove button, and press enter. 5. If a confirmation dialogue box appears, accept it with either yes or OK. 6. Tab to the OK button and activate it. Hope that helps.
