If you have sighted assistance, or, if you know the information by heart, 
then you can go to Western's web site, and do a search for the model number 
of the device.

Nine times out of ten, when you do that, it will take you directly to what 
you want.

You may also want to check out the site's downloads section for the drivers. 
I know the feeling of having to click on nine thousand links just to get to 
the one you want, but such are the facts of life.

If you know the model number, and/or serial number, send it off to the list, 
along with the drive's particulars, such as storage capacity and the like, 
and maybe someone on the list can get them for you.
