Vitor, thanks for the update. Since all I had to do when I was using pcanywhere was answer the phone and do something with the host menu, I was unaware of the problems you describe. I don't use it anymore because my relatives didn't know enough about jaws to be of much help when they accessed my computer. People such as you and the others on my lists have taught me so much that I only occasionally need sighted assistance and I have some people here who will help on that. I have filed your note about the seratec stuff so thanks for that. marilyn
