Non-Visual Desktop Access.  A free/open-source screenreader package that can 
even run off of a flash drive/CD without being installed, and includes a 
whole bunch of languages as well:

Also, they have their own mailing list where we discuss progress/development 
etc. all the time. You'll find that on the homepage.

Not as advanced as such as Jaws etc., and doesn't actually use video 
intercept at this stage, but really works pretty well, and they are even at 
this stage busy with some sort of deal with Mozilla where they are making 
sure they'll work well together.
