Hi Sarah,

She doesn't need Yahoo Pops, as the service is already able to be forwarded
to her computer.

When I referred to changing her settings in her e-mail options, I was
referring to telling the Yahoo server how she wants her messages to be
handled.

For example, Yahoo spam Guard gives you the ability to activate the bulk
folder, and have all messages that Yahoo thinks are spam delivered into that
folder, at which point, you can go in via web mail, and advise spam guard
which messages are not spam and delete all the rest.

I'm not sure if the sender's e-mail address gets blocked when you simply
delete them, but that's the only option you're given in terms of getting rid
of them when they're in your bulk folder.

When you have pop access with Yahoo mail, usually through an ISP or if you
pay for the premium version, you have the option of having the messages that
are in the bulk folder delivered to your e-mail client inbox, or just leave
them until the time you've allotted to keep them comes around, and they get
deleted automatically.

If you choose to have them delivered to your inbox via your third party
client, Yahoo gives you the option of having the messages tagged as bulk or
spam or something like that.

Quite often, you'll notice a message from a member on a list, with the
prefix attached to it of bulk or spam.

Aside from that meaning that the person did not shift tab to the subject
line to change it, smile, but also because their e-mail server has tagged
that e-mail as spam, and that message was then downloaded to the person's
computer before they had a chance to tell the server that it wasn't spam,
and that the e-mail address should be saved in the address book that Yahoo
provides.

In essence, she already has pop access to her Yahoo mail, via ATT, she just
needs to configure the account in terms of how it handles e-mail and getting
it downloaded to her computer.
