I just called yesterday A T T, at this disability number: 866-241-6568. I was told that the Singular 2125 is being changed and that "Talks" is no longer available. I was told that in a few months that there would be an upgraded "Nokia" model and that A T T was switching to "Mobile speaks". I was also told that the customer service department would handle any questions regarding costs. Happy hunting.
