Hello Bill, I got my phone thru Singular about two months ago. The phone is about $200 and the speech software is an additional $200,. But the software cost is reimburst in about a month thru your phone bill.
Singular also has some other options available for free to the visually impaired. You should be able to find out more info thru local Singular or A.T.T dealer. If you need some additional info, I'll try to come up with their 800 number. Hope this helps, let me know if you need the 800 number.
