Patricia, go to adobe.com and to flash player install. It is tricky after you hit install. Be sure to uncheck the box for the google tool bar and then check that you accept the license agreement. I have tried it three or four times to no avail. Apparently, it really, really wants you to do the google tool bar which I don't want. Let us know if you accomplish this. marilyn
