This seems to be a slightly more accessible part of their website for downloading/installing their various components/bits of software, and when I, from there, got into the process of installing/upgrading the flash player, it seemed relatively simple to go through the process, except that I'm not 100% sure it actually carried out everything since they keep on saying that you'll 'see' a text-based movie start once it's done, so who knows...
