Hello Steve,

If you have Windows Media Player on your computer, here is how to burn
tracks to make a CD that will play in regular CD players.

I got this tutorial several months ago and it works great. I use Media
Player 10, so I'm not sure if it works on other versions.

****
Make a folder and put the files (tracks) you want to burn to CD into that
folder.
**
Copy all tracks to the clipboard by highlighting the files and pressing
control + C.
**
go to your cd drive through "My Computer" on the desktop or through Windows
Explorer and paste the files by pressing Control + V.
**
make sure no files are selected by hitting F5
**
while in the cd drive, press "Applications" key, which is one key to the
left of the right control key
then type the letter T which puts you into a dialog box
**
Tab around in that dialog box until you are asked to name the cd (it allows
a very short name to be entered) then hit enter
**
then on radio buttons, don't move off of "make audio cd" radio button, hit
enter
**
windows media player is open, go under the file menu and arrow down to "CD's
and devices" then hit enter
**
down arrow to "burn" and hit enter
**
then hit "alt + B" as in Boy to start the burn process
**
be patient, it takes some time for the stuff to start working because the
files have to be reformatted to be able to be burned (sometimes a couple of
minutes will pass and you won't hear anything)
**
when the cd is burned, the cd will eject. (At least it should, I know there
is a setting in Media Player somewhere to set it up so it will eject after
it burns, but I'm not sure where it's at. I will take a look and if I can
find it, I'll send that info to you)
**
Then take the disc out and close the drawer
**
Go back into the cd drive, select all the tracks and delete them. These are
only temporary files and you delete them by pressing "shift + delete". This
deletes the files without sending them to the recycle bin folder. This
doesn't mess with the original files so you will still have your original
files in your original folder.
**
In Media Player, to get back to the main view, tab around to the "now
playing" button, press the space bar. That gets you back to the main area.

I hope this works out for you.
Good luck,
