Arianna HumanWare had a rather significant system software upgrade for Trekker about a year ago. The upgrade is free and well worth the effort to get it. When you go to HumanWare's website, get tech support's phone number and give them a call to request the upgrade. If you can't download the manual from their website, drop me a note and I'll see if I can make a copy from my Trekker CD's.
