Secondly, I have charged up my maestro, but I can't get the thing to start. I've checked the key lock switch and tried starting the Maestro with the switch in both positions, but no go. Any suggestions? The upgrade is free and well worth the effort to get it. When you go to HumanWare's website, get tech support's phone number and give them a call to request the upgrade.
