Hi, I am using outlook 2003 and jaws 9. When I try to read my mail, it will say header status unknown, unflagged, it will give the size of the message and other things about each message. It is running sluggishly. How do I get this junk off? I also have problems with links. How do I reapir jaws? Linda Parent
