Mamta, Generally speaking, I can assure you that Lotus Notes email will work well with Jaws. However, the version of each is critical. Versions of Lotus Notes prior to 5.0 are not supported. I believe the most recent version is 7.0. At my place of work, we are using 6.5, and it works well starting with Jaws 6.0. In short, the more recent the version of each, the better.
The help section includes a list of keyboard shortcuts. There is also a setup menu item to enable the shortcuts. Pressing Jaws Key plus F1 can also provide a certain amount of help, though it is not always as helpful as it could be. Let me know if you need further information.
