However, after testing it with Jaws 6.2, and being quite dis-satisfied, I switched to Jaws8.0, and found that there is a way to actually make changes to the program. Additionally, I found that there is a setting that needs to be made in order for the program to show in the system tray, and I was able to determine that even if you close the program with ALT F4, the program still runs in the background. This was evidenced by the executable showing in the list of running processes in the Windows Task Manager. In order to make certain changes in the program, it is necessary to use the Jaws cursor. I will write up some instructions on this, but it will be some time, because I have other projects in the works, as well as other responsibilities.
