Hi, Samuel, You could set up message rules in Outlook Express so that messages from this list could go in one folder and messages from the JAWS list can go in another folder. That way all messages would be separated into the two folders when they are downloaded. From there, you can review the messages in each folder whenever you like. I'm a little hazy on how to set up message rules, but you can find audio tutorials on this either at the jaws-users list web site's audio tutorial page or on the Blind Cool Tech Web site at: http://www.blindcooltech.com Erin
