Hello, I use WMP for ripping CD'S on my computer at home. It is easy to
use for this purpose. I tried to use WMP on my office computer to rip a CD
and I got a message stating that it couldn't rip the files. I have XP and
Windows 03 on both computers. I tried a couple of different factory
recorded CD'S with the same result. I then tried each on my home computer
and was able to rip them with no problem. I have used my office computer
for playing CD'S and DVD'S in the past but this is the first time I have
tried to rip a CD with this unit.

I am not sure what version of WMP that I have on my office computer.

I don't really know much about WMP and could use some advice on what might
be causing this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Steve Crews
