I've used those keyboards and they would still require more pressure than what she can apply. She is going to require a very light touch.

They are made of rubber. You can actually roll them up. Some of them you can actually feel the keys move when you press on them, and others have such a slight movement that you really don't feel anything. These are pressure sensitive and require very little movement or strength to activate the keys. I have never seen one in an ergo arrangement, but I've seen both 101 key set ups and laptop set ups. Let me know if you don't find anything about these types of keyboards and I'll see if I can find something.
