Donnie, I just checked my windstream (ISP that tookover some Alltel areas and others) login page on the web and it does not seem to have many options for blocking anything like email addresses. My recommendation would be to create a filter in your email client to delete the given emails or use a spam filter to automatically do this.
Windstream (all one word) does not have much of a user interface on the web and the help section is lacking a lot. First time I've ever logged into it and I'm thankful for Gmail and Yahoo. Hope that helps event though it's not a push button answer.
