You probably need to run system file checker in Windows... short-hand instructions...
1. Insert Windows disk in CD Drive. 2. Start, Run, and type 3. sfc /scannow 4. hit enter 5. Dialog should appear with progress. Takes about 15 minutes. Hopefully this will. repair, replace or restore the file.
