Hi william,

If your machine has bluetooth built in, there's usually an option to 
configure it in the control pannel. If not, then you'll have to buy a 
bluetooth adapter. These are usually USB, and windows has great support for 
them in my experience, so you shouldn't have to install the drivers which 
sometimes come in the box. once bluetooth is configured, there should be an 
option for it in the connect to sub menu off the start menu.
