Hi, I have a USB Bluetooth Dongle made by Belkin. It attaches to a USB port onto a laptop or desktop, and enables bluetooth connectivity should the machine(s) doesn't provide built in bluetooth. They do come with drivers, however Windows XP and Vista automatically recognized my dongle and installed the necessary drivers, which is pretty flaky, but is enough to do things like connect to the internet using your phone as a dial-up modem, send and receive files from one device to another, etc. Hope that helps.
