Hi all. I have a question. I have a book on cd that a friend of mine burnt for
me a wile back. On one of the cd's there is a track that has a short gap of
silence as iff the player was turned off and then terned back on again and
then the book continues. All the cd's tracks are in cda format that is what it
says when I open the cd to view the files. This is the second track on the cd.
I have used MP3 direct cut to cut the track in question convert it to MP3 and
then save it to my desk top. I would like to know how to re convert this track
in question back to cda? I have tried looking in goldwave and didn't find this
format I have also tried using cdex and have it set to convert files to MP3
only so I don't know weather I can use this program to re convert mp3's to cda
files. What I want to do if I am able to accomplish this is to go in to the
audio cd under the view files on the cd select all of them using alt a copy all
of them to the clip board and then go in to Nero burning rhomb under audio cd
and past all of the files in including this track in question there for
creating a cd that is free of errors like I have listed above. I hope I have
explained my self clear enough and that someone on hear can help me with this.
