I think if you're visually impaired and want to type, you'd best be able to use a regular keyboard. Besides, it would have to use software, so you might as well learn to type with a conventional keyboard and use speech software right? Find a Braille'N'Speak and use the remote setting to make it work similarly. You could probably get one of those for next to nothing now. ha ha.
