The only way I can create a hotkey on my laptop is first create a shortcut to a program on my desktop and then do it from there. If I go to all programs and press the application key nothing happens when arrowing down except going to the next menu Item. I have used the application on the laptop itself and the regular application on the wireless keyboard. I have also tried using shiftF10, but nothing happens either. If anyone has any other ideas, please let me know, Thanks, Deb.
