Make sure you are actually on the program executable icon and not the program folder name. Press enter on the program application and see if it launches the program.

If I go to all programs and press the application key nothing happens when arrowing down except going to the next menu Item. I have used the application on the laptop itself and the regular application on the wireless keyboard. I have also tried using shiftF10, but nothing happens either.
