Hi Demetry, Unfortunately, there are no free benchmark programs for hardware analysis, nor are there any programs that will do an entire computer in one shot.
There are many that one can get that will bench mark various components on your computer, but again, you'll have to run each individually. Could you be a bit more specific as to what the error says, or if there are any error codes in that error dialog box? If you can do this, we can help you diagnose the problem. Screen readers don't always read out any error codes that may be present within error messages, so it's better to virtualize the message, or use the mouse simulation cursor to go through the message to make sure there aren't any error codes. Once you do this, and let us know exactly what it says, we may be able to help you further. One thing you might try, if you have installed a piece of software recently, or if this happened after an update, or certain date, try doing a system restore to a date prior to when this first started happening to you. You may even find that the system restore lists what happened on that particular day. I would also exhaust every possibility in terms of malware, by running spyware scanners and virus scanners to see if the culprit lies within a file somewhere.
