If you go to John Wilson's free guides for VI people, among other things
there's a specific text file there related to doing almost
anything/everything using Excel:
http://web.onetel.net.uk/~fromthekeyboard/

These are very good things, and since they're in text files, I normally read
them in Internet Explorer anyway since I can then (using Jaws), still add my
own bookmarks etc.

For example, something that I found out in his one related to Word (and
something that most sighted guys wish they knew), is that if, in recent
versions of Word (worked in 2000/2003), if you just type in something like:
+---+---+---+

When you hit enter, you'll suddenly have a table in there with 3 columns,
but apart from tricks like this he also has almost all the reference
material you'd want for almost anything.
