Hello everyone, This problem takes a bit of explanation, so please bare with me.
I have 4 different Email addresses; all using Comcast as the ISP. I never have any trouble opening Email on my main address, but when I switch to the other addresses, sometimes when I try to open an Email, I get a pop-up saying that some items in the Email cannot be opened. I click OK. Then it says it cannot open the Email because there is not enough memory. This only seems to happen if I have had my computer turned on for a long time without any activity. When this happens, I restart my computer, and then I have no problems opening the Emails . . until . . I let it sit for a while again without any activity. I am using XP Pro with both JAWS 8 and 9. It happens with both versions of JAWS. I have 1 gig of memory, and not too many programs running in the background. Just anti virus, firewall, JAWS, etc. Any ideas? I'd really appreciate any help.
