Hi, the current versions of Zone Alarm sucks in my opinion, particularly in 
terms of accessibility. So I just use the Windows Firewall and, touch wood, I 
haven't been hacked.

Well, I just switched from using the paid version of AVG to the free 
versions of Avast and Zone alarm. AVG was giving me too many problems, so I 
decided to get rid of it. This Email problem happened with both AVG and 
AVAST/Zone alarm. I never thought about my virtual memory. I'll have to get 
in there and adjust that to see if it helps.
