FS Support is correct, you need the drivers for your video adapter. Follow Aiden's instructions and get the name and manufacturer of your video adapter. Go to the manufacturer's website or do a Google search to download the drivers. If the computer is home-built I would start with the motherboard manufacturer. I would also try the manufacturer of the computer. It may take some digging but it's out there.
