Hello everyone,
I'm interested in learning about RSS feeds, and how they work. I went to
popular applications in jaws, and I went to Internet Explorer7. There was some
information about RSS feeds, and how to set them up. I was gonna set one up,
but the web site that I was on said this feed is frequently updated, and will
automatically be downloaded to your computer. My question is, will this slow
Internet Explorer 7 down, or make it sluggish? It seams like if feeds are
constantly coming in it would slow things down, but someone please correct me
if I'm wrong on this. I like to read news stories, so I was wondering what the
benefits would be to using RSS feeds, or just looking up the news stories. I'm
running jaws 9, and I have windows XP home addition with Internet Explorer 7.
Any help with this will be most appreciated!
Take care,
Lisa
