I am using windows XP and jaws 9.0 and I need some suggestions. My computer has slowed down drastically suddenly for some reason. I have defragged, run scan disk and all of the settings that I can think of but nothing has helped. I called my internet service provider anda tech went through things with me and he ran a check from his location on my connections. My computer boots up with windows and jaws fast enough but the things slow down when I go to the desktop and and attempt to go to my homepage or any other URL on the desktop. I know some of you are computer smart and I would appreciate any suggestions.
