Hi, I hope I can explain this situation correctly.

My husband has Windows XP Professional with Jaws 7. Sometimes he receives
e-mail with punctuation where Jaws reads things like underline, greater-than
etc. He went into the global setting in Voices and attempted to change his
punctuation level to none but when he goes back to the e-mail, it still reads
the underlines etc. He also went into the verbosity and configuration
management settings to get rid of this punctuation but configuration manager
isn't allowing him to save the changes. Do you have any ideas of how this
matter could be rectified.
