It's not all that simple to use, and the main thing to remember is that Ctrl 
+ F6 will move screen section to screen section whereafter you tab around 
those controls to change things.

Might be simplest to import around 4 5 minute sections one after the other 
(hopefully sequentially), and then re-export the whole thing, and then you'd 
have to use something like NCH's switch to convert them back into MP3 since 
I couldn't get audacity to do MP3s for me even if I provided it with the 
lame encoder DLL file.
