Do you press Alt F, arrow down to save as...enter tab through the prompts, if my documents is preferred choice of saving to then it should go there, but better than that you can save them babies directly to your folder... Just tab to where it says, up one level and tab again to you get to your list of folders provided all of your folders are listed in My documents? so you find your folder by down/up arrow in the list do not open just tab back to the save button or just press alt s. I do this all the time and I use OE, but not for sure if the steps are the same for outlook.
