No worries.

It's just one of the keystrokes that most sighted people don't seem to 
know/remember either as such, and the other 'useful' one is that when 
browsing files/shortcuts on the desktop, shift + delete will simply delete 
the files without putting them firstly into the recycle bin.

Another one to remember is that (I think from Windows XP onwards), the same 
back/forward commands that you can use in IE - Alt + left arrow, and Alt + 
right arrow - will have the same functionality within windows explorer.
