Simple Jack. To change this behavior, open My Computer. Find the cd drive but don't open it. Open the drive properties with alt enter. Control tab once to the autoplay property sheet. You will be in a list where you select a file type to work with. Down arrow to the one you want. In this case, it's music cds. Tab once. You will be on a radio button which will probably say something like select an action to perform. This part of the dialog doesn't work as expected. Don't down arrow. If you do, you will be moved away from the radio buttons. Also, the radio buttons always say one of one even though there are more choices. Up arrow until you get to a radio button that says something like prompt me every time. Tab to the ok button and activate it. The dialog closes and the setting has been changed to what you want.
