What operating system?

In WinXP, I just browse to My computer, using Windows key + E, and tabbing 
over to the drive listing, make sure the CD/DVD player is 
highlighted/selected, then hit Alt + Enter for it's properties, and in that 
dialogue box, there is a page for autoplay, and if you go down the content 
type list to music CD, you can then tab around and get it to prompt you etc. 
etc.
