If you listen to the podcasts on blindcooltech, you'll hear the guy saying he labels the folders. I do the same using eSpeak to generate short naming wav files and then using NCH's switch sound file converter to convert them into MP3, and I just put each album/book etc. into a separate folder and make sure that the first file (00...) is the mabeling one. I also use switch to drop the bitrate of MP3 files to 64kbps since when I tested it that sounded almost as good as higher, but it does lose quality if you drop any lower.
