Hi Shannon, This is a regular windows keystroke, however, I have found that on some versions of Jaws, it isn't allocated as such.
You may have to do something in the keyboard manager to see if you can see what else has been assigned to that keystroke, if anything, or, assign it to that task. I have found that newer versions of Jaws have fixed that little bug.
