Hi Patricia, Try this: 1. Go to the control panel, and then administrative tools. 2. Press S, for services, then enter. 3. When this window opens, you will be in a tree-view, tab once to get into a list view. 4. Go to the bottom of the list, and locate the following: wireless zero configuration, and press enter. 5. Tab until you come to startup type, and down arrow to, disable, then tab to the okay button, and spacebar that. Alt F4 your way out of everything, you are done. HTH, Richard Q.
