I fixed the problem with Word i posted earlier this mornin' and also wanted to note that it wasn't what Tom had sent me thinking it was the "normal.dot" had became corrupted...
What it was, I ran Reg Scrub and after reinstalling all of the backups I found in it's folder, now Word and even the shortcut key is working like it's suppose to and had been all along..
