Hi, I briefly tried a friend's Macbook, which then had Mac OSX 10.4 Tiger, and I was able to use Safari and browse the web by first navigating to the HTML content control and interacting with it. From then on it's like browsing the web using Windows and your favourite screen reader. I'm not sure if this is the same with 10.5 Leopard. By the way the Mac OSX screen reader is called VoiceOver, and not OverVoice. Hope this helps.
