I am going to assume the latter and you would like to disable the log on screen. At the command prompt type in this string without the quotes "control userpasswords2" There is a check box in that diablog that says that you want users to enter a username and password. You should uncheck that box and windows will ask you which user you would like to use to log on as by default. Once you set that u correctly Windows will boot directly to the desktop using the user account you specified.
