Hi, Thanks for the information. Actually I ended up doing a search for lame on my computer since I had a program called Switch that can convert to mp3 and I figured it might include the decoder. I found I had a copy in the V cast folder for my Verizon music and I just copied it to the Goldwave folder. Presto...I was able to save my recording. I may have more Gold Wave questions coming since I am now going to try some editing now that I have a fully functional copy of the program. I have listened to tutorials, read the quick start guide for the scripts, and am now reading the manual. I am trying to figure out how to jump ahead in the playback other than using the fast forward button. I know it has something to do with the zoom but don't know the keystrokes other than those to zoom the start and finish markers. What I am trying to do is to find the important spots in a reference work and drop q points so I can split it so that when I play the files on my Stream I can use the 4 and 6 keys to jump through the important parts. The recording is pretty long and I would like to jump through it to locate the right spots to split it. Thanks, Sherrie 09:47 PM 9/18/2008, you wrote: >Hello sherrie.
