Mark I'm afraid I'm at a loss here to say what might be the problem. It might be worth a shot to take a look at the netFlicks website to see if there are any FAQ's regarding the problem. My wife said to make sure that you are using the netFlicks viewer to watch the movies rather than MediaPlayer.
