I think I know where to direct you to deal with sections, but I don't know what you need to do when you get there, but you can take a look and see if you can figure it out.
>From the File drop down menu on the menu bar, arrow down to Page Set Up and press enter. A dialog box will open containing multiple tabs. Navigate to the Layout tab. From here you are on your own. You might want to try making changes to this dialog box when your cursor is at the beginning of your document, and then try again with the entire document highlighted. Sometimes this will make a difference in what you can and cannot do. Good Luck!
