Here is a tutorial on how to do that:
First let's create the folder, we'll call it Bob as you said in your first e-mail.
1. Go to local folders on the folders tree view in the main window.
2. Make sure it is open but do not go into your list of folders.
3. Press the aplications key and select new folder and press enter.
4. In the edit box, type the name of your new folder.
5. Press enter to say ok or tab to ok and press the space bar or enter key to say ok. Alternatively, you can do the same thing but press the alt key to go to the menu bar, open the file menu and select new folder. I like to use the first method I have just explained.

Now we will create a message rule so certain e-mails go into certain folders, we will pretend e-mails are coming from Bob.
1. Press the alt key to display the menu bar.
2. Open the tools menu.
3. Open the message rules submenu.
4. Select mail.
5. Select the new button, if no message rules have been created automatically the new mail rule dialogue opens automatically (I think.) 6. In this case, select from the conditions list where the from line contains people and press the space bar to check it.
7. Then press tab to move to the actions list.
8. Select move it to the specified folder and press spacebar to check it.
9. Press the tab key to get to the rule description read only edit field.
10. Press enter on the underlined values, after JAWS has read the full sentense, it will repeat the underlined words so you know to press enter. 11. When you press enter on where the from line contains people you have to type in the e-mail address and press the add button or select from the address book by pressing the address book button. When you have specified all your e-mail addresses that apply to this rule press okay and you return to the rule description read only edit field. 12. When you press enter on move it to the specified folder you have to open the local folders folder to display your list of folders. Then select your folder, and press enter. 13. Press tab to get to the name of the rule edit field and type in a name for the rule.
14. Then press okay and your rule is created.
You are now in the mail rules dialogue so you have to press okay again to exit this dialogue.
15. Now you should be back in the Outlook express main window.

Hope this helps.
